Could I do run and do aerobics while I'm in my menstruation?
This might a stupid question,but one day I had my period and then i did some excersise and I noticed that my menstruation somehow stopped.Is this really possible or could it affect you??

This is very normal. Your hormones were telling your body to temporarily halt the process until you are in a relaxed state. Drink plenty of water to keep a normal flow. Many people forget to drink plain water (about 8 to 10 glasses of it a day), especially when working out.
