Bicornuate/Double uterus?!
Question:
Bicornuate/Double uterus?
I'm 18 and was diognosed with a bicornuate uterus at 17, I have a double uterus which progressed into a double cervix and vagina (essentially meaning that I have two of everything!) I got surgery on my lower Vaginal septum (this was for more of a comfort and practicality thing) but still have a double cervix and uterus. although I am still quite young and have no intention of having a baby any time soon, I would like to know of anyone who has experienced pregnancy and birth with this condition or if they know of anyone elses experiences. I realise there are many risks including breech birth, premature birth and miscarriage and doctors have told me that it could be a perfect birth and pregnancy or could be a disaster (I could even get pregnant in either section, with babies being at different terms.) I would just like to know some personal experiences, thanks!
