Okay, I know this is going to sound awkward; but my mom and I are poor as hell, and I use the end of an old hair brush to masturbate with an object. At the end, it has two little holes that create an opening through it as if a string were meant to be through it so you could hang it up.
Anyhow, when I masturbate with it, I find that a huge amount of white liqiud that smells terrible is coming out of my vagina, and it worries me. I have no sexual intercourse experience, only masturbation, and I am too scared to tell my mother because she is a strict catholic and against masturbating.
Help?!?!?!!!

That might be infection or yeast infection. Broke or not it is not safe to stick certain objects that don't belong up there. If you don't want your mom to know make an appointment and go to planned parenthood to get checked out to be safe.
