All abortion clinics will perform abortions in the first trimester (the first three months) and there are some that will perform them in the second trimester. If you don't have internet access get a directory and look up planned parenthood (some planned parenthoods only perform medical abortions which can only be done up to 8 weeks but if they don't do surgical abortions they will be able to recommend a good clinic for you to go to. The earlier you do it the easier it is and the less chance for complications so call as soon as possible to book your first appointment (if you know where a planned parenthood is or can find out their location by looking in the directory you can also just walk in for you initial appointment).
