I am on Premarin 1.25 and this is the third type of hormone, I am about to lose my mind, Help does anyone have any suggestions? PS at the end of my rope

Sorry, I don't. But I really feel for you. I am experiencing hot flashes too. At night I have the covers on then 10 minutes later off they go. It goes back and forth like this all night long. Doctor said I am going through menopause.
Nobody prepares you for this.
