Period question for girls?

This isn't my first period or anything, i'm 22 been having them since like...13 or so. But my question how bad are cramps and whatnot? Usually I get them so bad I cry and can't move (i call out of work 2times a month for it usually but im in a laid back office) and I get really sick (throwing up) and have to go to the bathroom a lot ( 1 and 2), can't sleep and can't eat usually for first 3 days and my breasts just recently started getting really really heavy and sore...is this pretty common? all my friends just get cramps??

This is COMPLETELY normal! When I'm on my period, my breasts grows almost a complete cup because it becomes sore and tender. And the bathroom use is normal too and I also tend to throw up also. :P Do you take any medications like Midol? Be sure that if you have cramps, take medication after you eat something, or else that'll really upset your stomach and make you vomit more. I think the only thing that may be unusual is not being able to eat for the first three days. You should consult a doctor about it and see if you can get prescriptions for birth control to balance out your hormones. A lot of my friends have that issue. Good luck with everything!
