I cannot stress this strongly enough.

If you want to lose weight, you have to do weight training. Walking, running, cycling will be great for your heart but will not give you sufficient weight loss.

Go out and buy the book called The Cardio-Free Diet by Jim Karas. I have seen him interviewed, I have followed his technique, I do weight training at home 2 or 3 times a week and am now at my smallest size ever.

Of course, continue to eat better. Congratulations on doing that! The book also includes a lot of really great recipes.

Don't give up!!!!!

Please follow this advice. I'm just a normal person with nothing to gain by promoting this book. You can also look for a book called The Power of 10 (I forget the author) but that is the same principal. You do very slow, very few repetitions with weights.

It is only by increasing your muscle mass that you will truly burn enough calories to lose sufficient weight. It's not a fad, it's science.
