If i the clinic says im not pregnant then why is the aerola getting darker?

All this month i have been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy but i took a pregnancy test it came back negative and the clinic the aerola around my nipple has gotten darker and i have little bumps around it too then my period started couple of days ago heavy i could it be that i was miscarriaging nothing like this has ever happened before could i still possibly be pregnant or is it all in my head?

I would go back to your doctor and explain the situation. It doesn't sound like you're pregnant. It's probably something else. I think you're just a little freaked out, make an appt w/ your doctor. Good luck!
