Ok so my period..?!

Ok so my period..?

okay this question has 2 parts to it
im 15 and i've had my period since i was 12
my period usually lasts 4 days
and this month i got it last tuesday and i still have it
the first and third day i had it i had terrible cramps
and i've been feeling sick since the second day
i still feel like throwing up ever since wednesday
what can this possibly be?

also like how long do you have to wait to change your pad
like i mean because i leave a pad over night and in the morning its barely stained so but i still change it.
can i still leave it on or change it?

Part1; Your body goes through many changes as you grow and your hormones change so this uncommon period could become your normal flow from now on. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you continue through Friday then go get checked. It took m about 5 yrs for my period to get to what I now call "normal". Every girl goes through a different experience and it depends on your body how it will stay in the end.

Part2

It's all about you! There is no set time frame for a pad to be changed, it depends on your own comfort and timing. It's very good that you change it anyway though. As for tampons that's a different matter.
