OverWeight - EMERGENCY?
I KNOW I TYPED ALOT, BUT PLEASE READ IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT!!!
I am 13 year old girl and ATLEAST 40 lbs overweight. I have decided that I am not going to stop until I lose all of it. I would like to lose a majority of it by the middle of August. About 3 lbs a week is my goal. Does anyone know some exercises I can do. I am drinking water ALL the time. I am eating small meals for all of my meals. I am having one snack a day, Jello. I am walking for atleast 1hour a day. I am saving up for one of those treadmills that simulate hiking. They are inclined. I will have to babysit for a few more weeks before I can get it though. My mom said she would pay for half of it when i get the money. PLEASE, if anyone has some suggestions, I would be eternally greatful. I really want to feel better about my size before I start back to school, to the 8th grade. I will take any suggestions, as long as you are not negative about my goals. Please, any advice.

PLEASE....JOIN A T.O.P.S. GROUP OR A WEIGHT WATCHERS GROUP NEAR YOU NOW....THAT'S THE ONLY SAFE WAY TO DO IT they will help you ....really....I did it and lost 100 lbs....you can do it too.
