Tummy fat..i want abs?
i recently started gaining weight in my lower tummy...and was thinking of working out and getting abs..what is the best way to get results the fastest?...is there somekind of diet i should be on?

DRINK A HALF GALLON OF WATER A DAY.
ALSO EAT ONLY OATMEAL IN THE MORNING.
LUNCH GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST AND BROIL EGG THE WHITE PART ONLY.
DINNER PLAIN TUNA OR SALAD OR BROIL FISH WITH A LITTLE MRS.DASH AND OLIVE OIL.
AND FOR A SNACK ONLY POPCORN .
DO 1000 SIT-UPS A DAY.
500 IN THE MORNING AND 500 BEFORE BED.
DO 3 SETS OF 30 SQUATS AGAINST THE WALL IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON.
AND DO LEG CRUELS. 3 SETS OF 30 ALSO.
AND RIDE A STATIONARY BIKE FOR 1 HOUR OR JOG FOR 30 MINUTES AROUND THE BLOCK.
IN 4-6 WEEKS YOU WILL HAVE NICE ABS AND SHOW OFF THE TUMMY.
