Ladies, Can you help me understand what is going on with my girlfriend?

My girlfriend is a 28yo virgin who has basically no interest in sex, at least no vaginal or oral sex (anal doesn't really interest me). We fool around some, but I get little out of it, but she's orgasmed. We have talked and this is what I have learned:

Her period comes once ever 2 months or so.
She only masturbates once every 2-4 months, if that.
She shows no interest in pleasing me physically.
She has only had 3 boyfriends, and almost had sex once, but he couldn't get it in.
She says being penetrated by a finger hurts. (Mine or hers, it doesn't matter)
She feels she should be interested in having sex with me.
She said she would see a doctor, but hasn't.

A female friend told me this is normal, but it doesn't match my experiences. Is it normal? Is there something wrong with her? May she change after she has sex?

I am frustrated and dissatisfied. I love her, but I don't know if I can go on like this and don't want hurt her.

Should I start seeing other people and/or break up with her
