Very possible! My mother was almost 6 months pregnant before she realized it . she spotted every month and had minimal weight gain. She was already a little over weight so it was not noticable to even her. not everyone is bent over a toilet puking every morning. take a test - you can get one at walmart for like 5 bucks. if you think you might be please make sure you are getting enough folic acid every day - it so important!! don't take any medicines ( even over the counter medicines have side effects) that might be harmful.
